Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator Executive to join our dynamic marketing team.
The Content Creator Executive will be responsible for generating engaging and high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
This role involves creating a variety of content types, primarily focusing on visual and video content, to support marketing campaigns and enhance our brand's online presence.
The ideal candidate will have a knack for producing viral marketing content by following trends and engaging in trendjacking, as well as hosting live streams for NASTY product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Production:Develop and produce high-quality content, including social media posts and videos, to support marketing initiatives.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create innovative content ideas.
Produce a minimum of 40 creative content pieces per month, ensuring a mix of static and video content.
Creative content should be lifestyle-based or trend-based and align with viral marketing principles.Social Media Content:Create engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok).
Monitor social media channels for trending topics and audience engagement opportunities.
Write compelling captions and posts that drive engagement and growth.
Work closely with the Content and KOL Marketing Coordinator to ensure social media is constantly populated with high-quality content.Viral Marketing and Trendjacking:Stay updated with the latest trends and viral content on social media.
Strategically produce content that capitalises on current trends (trendjacking) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Analyse the performance of trend-based content and adjust strategies to maximise impact.Product Launches and Live Streams:Plan and coordinate product launch live streams, collaborating with Content and KOL Marketing Coordinator to increase product awareness and engagement.
Host live streams for NASTY's product launches, ensuring a professional and engaging presentation.
Oversee the execution of live stream events to ensure they run smoothly and effectively.Proofreading and Editing:Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Ensure all content is free of grammatical errors and adheres to brand voice and style guidelines.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related role.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
