Job RequirementsEducational Background:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, Journalism, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
Basic video editing skills using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and their content formats.
Creative Abilities:Strong storytelling skills and a knack for creating engaging content.
An eye for aesthetics, design trends, and attention to detail.
Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to adapt tone and style to align with brand voice and audience preferences.
Organizational Skills:Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Ability to incorporate feedback to improve content and performance.
