Job Summary:
We are looking for an avid social media user who is passionate about driving relevant and effective content marketing and be a brand ambassador in the social media space. In this role, the Social Media and Community Executive will have an opportunity to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute social media content and campaigns, liaise and build relationships with key influencers and community for the brand. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, able to multitask and liaise with multiple stakeholders in carrying out the daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversees all company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.) management
-Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
-Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
-Coordinates social media messaging with advertising department, product manager, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
-Manage postings of content and respond to social followers
-Measure and track the performance of social media content
-Identify, establish and build relationships with key influencers and communities
-Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces

-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or relevant field
-Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Malay
-Well versed and enjoy working on social media platforms
-Hands-on experience with social media management tools
-Ability to identify and track relevant metrics
-Attention to detail and ability to multitask
-Possess knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
-Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter) is a plus point
