Content Executive (Part Time)

**KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Developing and implementing content strategies aligned with the company's goals, marketing objectives, and target audience.- Manage and enhance the brands' social media presence on various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.- Plan, create, shoot, edit and publish engaging social media content that aligns with the company's brands, look & feel and brand guidelines.- Produce impactful copy aligned with the company's brands, tone of voice, messaging, and content strategies for release at optimal times.- Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to optimize content and campaign performance.- Stay updated, explore, and implement emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media into the company's social media strategies.- Continuously evaluate and adapt social media strategies based on audience behaviour and market dynamics.- Maintain a secure database of all social media account login credentials.**REQUIREMENTS**:- At least 1-2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Language(s): English. With ability to speak Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia as a plus- Creative, out of box thinker and detail oriented.- Proactive in managing workload and getting necessary information to successfully deliver high quality performance.- Resourceful and work independently with mínimal supervision.- Able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.- Positive attitude, passionate outlook towards duties and able to work in a fast pace working environment.- An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.- Intermediate to expert knowledge on social media tools, algorithms, strategies, paid advertisements and marketing.- Interest in fashion, styling knowledge and videography skills (CapCut or equivalent)- Experience in Advertising / Media Planning field would be an added advantage.- Up to trends knowledge in Fashion / Footwear / Sportswear / Sneaker industry.- Flexible and engaging writing style.- Willing to shoot outdoors and edit.- Willing to travel and possess own transport.- Willing to work in Damansara Heights.**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insurance
