Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Content Lead to develop and execute our content strategy across all channels. This role will be responsible for telling our property development story through compelling content that resonates with potential buyers, investors, and stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesWorking with the CMO to define the content strategy, goals, and standards for the organization or clients
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our property development projects and brand vision
Identify gaps in content and recommend new topics to keep the content fresh and relevant
Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to generate original and relevant content
Conduct in-depth research on various topics, industries, competitors, and target audiences, gather credible sources to support content claims and enhance credibility
Work closely with the product development team to understand product features and benefits, translating this information into compelling written content
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies, copy plans and editorial calendars
Manage end-to-end contents (copyright, marketing, etc) and coordinates the workflow, tasks assignments, progress monitoring, and ensures quality and consistency of the content
Lead the creation of high-quality content for property launches, marketing campaigns, and corporate communications
Manage content production for multiple platforms including website, social media, property brochures, and sales materials
Oversee the development of property descriptions, project narratives, and investment proposals
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to translate technical information into compelling content
Direct photography and videography sessions for property showcases
Manage a team of writers, designers, and external content vendors
Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all communications
Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives
Develop thought leadership content highlighting industry trends and company expertise
Evaluate content performance and impact, using data and feedback to optimize and improve the content
Utilize SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic
Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
Distill complex concepts into content that is easily understood and accessible
Continuously improve and propose marketing creation and activation processes
Manage and complete multiple writing projects on time, meeting deadlines and content requirements in terms of style and project specifications
Partner with business partners to understand business needs, propose solutions and write content to meet needs
Manage Marketing Agency on contents creation perspective
Independently manage key functional areas, including quarterly planning and, if applicable, budget proposals
Act as the primary liaison for key stakeholders, adeptly navigating challenges with minimal guidance
Display decisive leadership in setting objectives and determining approaches to critical assignments
Address complex challenges proactively, bringing together diverse viewpoints to achieve consensus and implementing solutions
Encourage and inspire the team through a commitment to innovation and creativity
Collaborate with external parties (e.g. influencers, content creators) for co-branded content initiatives
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in copywriting and marketing
Attend trainings and take-up certification in relation to the role and business functions
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
2+ years of content creation experience, with minimum 1 year in real estate or property development
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent writing and editing skills
Experience in managing creative teams and external vendors
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization
Understanding of property market trends and real estate terminology
Strong project management and organizational skills
Preferred QualificationsAble to read and write in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Melayu
Experience with luxury or high-end property marketing
Knowledge of property development process and industry regulations
Proficiency in design (graphic and video) suites and content management systems
Experience with video production and digital storytelling
Background in architectural writing or design communications
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
Ability to translate complex technical information into compelling content
Creative thinking and innovative approach to content creation
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
