As a Content Marketeer, you will be an integral part of our regional APAC and Middle East marketing team.
This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.
You will be responsible for creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience to build brand identity and online presence, in line with our marketing strategy.
A significant part of this role involves creating content for the countries within the APAC and Middle East regions that is locally relevant.
This requires strong communication skills, cultural adaptation, a journalistic eye and an understanding of local business needs and strategies.
On the other hand, you will also create content for the region and collaborate with the global team to ensure the content is regionally and or globally relevant and aligned with the overall strategy.
The ability to juggle both local and regional content creation is essential.
This is a new role in the regional marketing team where you will be establishing new ways of working with the country marketing teams.
While some practices are already in place, others need to be built or optimised.
We are looking for someone who is a storyteller at their core and can implement new content strategies, as well as optimising existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy:Contribute to the development and execution of a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and drives engagement.
Content Creation:Develop high-quality case studies, articles, marketing collaterals, press releases, and other content that showcases our expertise and success stories in the facility management sector.
You'll collaborate with our in-house design team.
Copywriting Support:Provide copywriting support for regional content and various countries within the region, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand voice.
Content Optimization:Collaborate with our digital marketing manager to ensure our content is optimized for customer search behavior, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
Campaign Development:Play an important role in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring content aligns with campaign objectives and enhances overall effectiveness.
Knowledge Translation:Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to gather insights and translate technical knowledge into accessible and compelling content.
Journalistic eye:Be constantly on the lookout for impactful and relevant stories from across the region and global business to share with our customers and stakeholders.
This could include people profiles, customer success stories, and charity and fundraising events.
Qualifications and Experience:Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience:Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and marketing communications, preferably in a B2B environment.
Experience working with both local (country) teams and regional teams within the APAC and Middle East markets is highly desirable.
Skills:Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a strong ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
Proficiency in Bahasa, Thai or Hindi are a plus.
SEO and Analytics:Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.
Social Media:Expertise in social media platforms management is a plus.
