We are seeking a Content Marketing Team Lead to assist the Head of Marketing Operations in developing and executing content strategies that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and generate leads. You will play a key role in shaping our brand voice, ensuring consistency across all content channels, and aligning with the organization's strategy, commitments, and goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy, including blog posts, articles, social media, videos, infographics, case studies, and whitepapers, aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
• Manage the content calendar for all brands, ensuring timely delivery of content that meets deadlines and aligns with marketing campaigns.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitors' content strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and supports overall marketing initiatives.
• Optimize content for SEO, incorporating relevant keywords and best practices to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to gain insights and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
What You'll Need:• Minimum Advanced/Graduate Diploma, preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising & Design, Mass Communications, or Media.
• In-depth experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Media Marketing, and Copywriting.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant and proven working experience.
