The Role
Reviewing Online Videos, Content, Complaints, and Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material.
Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform.
Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Success role, ideally within the Other Services industry.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
Proficiency in Native Language Japanese OR Korean (Read/Speak/Write).
Prior work experience in a LPO/Regulatory work, Social Media platforms is a plus.
Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets/countries.
Mature & analytical.
High on teamwork and engagement.
