Content Moderator (Kazakh Speaker)

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Content Moderator (Kazakh Speaker).
As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating a variety of online content, with a focus on Kazakh-language material.
This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
What you'll be doing
Reviewing and moderating Kazakh-language online content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure it aligns with the company's content policies
Flagging and removing any inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
Providing detailed feedback and recommendations for improving the quality and appropriateness of content
Collaborating with the content management team to enhance moderation processes and guidelines
Staying up-to-date with evolving content standards and regulations
Providing excellent customer service to users and addressing their inquiries and concerns
What we're looking for
Native or near-native fluency in the Kazakh language
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Kazakh and English
Bachelor's degree in any field
Able to work in rotational shifts
Fresher & Experience both eligible
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
