Overview:As a Content Moderator fluent in Korean, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing user-generated content on various digital platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and positive online environment by identifying and removing inappropriate or harmful content. Attention to detail, cultural sensitivity, and language proficiency are essential for success in this role.**Responsibilities**:- Monitor user-generated content on digital platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio clips.- Review content flagged by users or identified by automated systems to assess its compliance with community guidelines and policies.- Make decisions on whether to approve, edit, or remove content based on established criteria and guidelines.- Identify and escalate emerging trends or patterns of harmful content to the appropriate teams for further investigation and action.- Ensure timely and accurate responses to user reports and inquiries regarding content moderation decisions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trust & Safety, Legal, and Product Development, to improve moderation policies and tools.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in content moderation and online safety.- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of content moderation operations.- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.**Requirements**:- Fluency in Korean (native or near-native proficiency) and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.- Strong understanding of Korean culture, societal norms, and online behavior.- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze content quickly and accurately.- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.- Prior experience in content moderation, online safety, or a related field is preferred but not required.- Familiarity with digital platforms and social media platforms is a plus.- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Commission payApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to relocate to Cyberjaya in Malaysia?- Are you a Korean Speaker?
