The Offer Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance Join a market leader within Hospitality Leadership Role The Job You will be responsible for: Reviewing Online Videos//Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end Customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload The work requires the organized practice of screening user-generated content (UGC) posted to Internet sites, in order to determine the appropriateness of the content for the given site, locality, or jurisdiction.The work may involve repetitive exposure to content that may be described as 'sensitive' in nature.NOTE: The paperwork and relocation expenses will be handled by the company The Profile You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Content Moderation or Customer Service within Aviation, Transport & Logistics, IT and Hospitality, Leisure, Travel industry.Experience within would be a strong advantage.You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences.You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard Language: Korean + English  Headcounts: 6 willing to join 8th July, 2024.Diploma or Bachelor 's degree - Fresher or with 1 years Content Moderator/Customer Service experience You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems The Employer Our client is a boutique Staffing Firm based out of Kuala Lumpur.The team has been helping organizations find their Right-Fit employees all across the world for the last 10 years.
