Become and remain knowledgeable about social media products and community standards? Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community? Display a strong bias doing what's right for our community in supporting social media's mission ? Investigate and resolve issues reported on social media such as reports of potentially abusive content.? Participate in additional training courses as required.? Keeps job knowledge up to date by attending upskill training to improve skills.? Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client.?
