Content Moderator (Mandarin Speaker)

Job ResponsibilityReview seller, business and product information, short videos, and livestreams to ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
Conduct basic data analysis and deliver defined process report.
Identify opportunities to drive improvements on risk mitigation, process streamlining, quality enhancement, and policy localization as well as optimization at scale.
Collaborate with other functions of the E-commerce business unit to complete the designated work to meet the team's goal.
Job RequirementsFresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above.
Analytical skills.
Eye for details.
Ethical standards.
Knowledge about types of contents on social sites and e-commerce sites.
Working 24/7 (8 hours), Between Monday to Sunday 5 working days, 2 days off.
Working Location in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
