Job Description:Be responsible for monitoring and reporting on agent performance in terms of accuracy and consistencyPrepare reports & keep track of the team's performanceBe responsible for the curation of marketplace content, to perform quality checks on the legitimacy of the videosCourse correct non-performing metrics and analysts through root cause analysis and solid action planningElevate and escalate red flags to management from a duty-of-care perspectiveParticipate in developing quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.Work closely with other departments to respond immediately to suitable operation needsProvide coaching and guidance for subordinatesAssist team leader in other tasks assignedRequirements:Bachelor's degree or above, more than 2 years of experiencing in content moderation / trust & safety/ content quality assuranceFluent command of the English language is a must, both verbal and written formsGood understanding of Shopee VideoAble to work on repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environmentGood analytical and problem-solving skillsAble to work under minimal supervision and have strong logic/ common sense related to the job natureFamiliar with MS Office software such as Excel, Word, etc. Data processing experience and other data analysis capabilities are preferredGood communication skills, able to abstract problems and find solutions proactively
