We are seeking a talented and innovative Content Strategist and Copywriter to join EMAX Beauté International, contributing across all departments, particularly Marketing, Brand, Partnerships, and Customer Experience. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand voice and driving strategic content creation across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, LinkedIn, advertising, and corporate communications.
As both a strategic thinker and creative writer, you will craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audiences while aligning with business goals. Content Strategy
-Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy that aligns with company objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience preferences.
-Research and analyse industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities.
-Plan and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent output across all platforms.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualise and execute multi-channel campaigns that align with business goals.
-Monitor content performance through key metrics (e.g., engagement, traffic, and conversions) and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
-Leverage SEO and keyword strategies to maximise visibility and reach.
Copywriting
-Write and edit engaging, high-quality copy for advertisements, websites, email campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
-Craft persuasive messaging for product and service launches, enhancing customer understanding and engagement.
-Develop corporate communication materials, including LinkedIn posts, press releases, and newsletters.
-Work closely with designers to create impactful content that integrates text with visuals.
-Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and style across all marketing channels.
Content Collaboration and Innovation
-Partner with internal teams and subject matter experts to produce insightful and meaningful content.
-Conduct interviews with industry experts and employees to highlight unique perspectives and expertise.
-Stay ahead of digital trends and explore new formats or platforms to engage audiences effectively.
-Champion the company's LinkedIn presence, driving engagement, and establishing thought leadership.
Quality Assurance and Optimisation
-Fact-check, proofread, and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand values.
-Continuously test and optimise content based on performance data and user feedback.
-Maintain an internal knowledge base of content guidelines and best practices.
