Position: Content Writer (Short-form IG Reels and Long-form YouTube Content)

Overview:
The CEO and thought leader in the field of Self-Mastery, is looking for a creative and dedicated script writer to assist in producing engaging, inspiring, and authentic content for his social media platforms. The writer will help craft short-form Instagram Reels and long-form YouTube content, all centered around personal growth, motivation, and self-mastery, with a distinct conversational tone.
Key Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with the CEO to develop highly engaging scripts for both Instagram Reels (short-form content) and YouTube (long-form content).
? Understand the CEO's expertise, tone, and vision to create content that reflects his voice and experience.
? Conduct in-depth research on Self-Mastery and related topics to provide fresh, unique perspectives that are not recycled from common social media posts.
? Ensure content aligns with CEO's core messaging pillars, primarily focusing on personal development, emotional intelligence, and mental well-being.
? Write in a manner that is both approachable and authentic, aiming to inspire and provide practical insights to the audience.
? Stay updated on trends in content creation while ensuring scripts remain original, meaningful, and true to CEO's brand.
Bonus:
? Previous experience working with influencers or thought leaders.
? Familiarity with Instagram and YouTube content creation strategies.
