\n Your Adventure AheadBuild and maintain strong strategic relationships with key merchant partners as their primary point of contact. Understand their business objectives and leverage data insights to develop targeted initiatives, cross-sell platform products, and drive revenue growth.Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to proactively identify growth opportunities and potential risksDrive new business opportunities, monitor account performance against set targets, and ensure consistent progress towards objectives.Work closely with internal teams—including Marketing, Business Development, and Operations—to align on merchant goals, deliver exceptional service, and optimize overall performance.Conduct periodic performance reviews with merchants to ensure high campaign participation and optimization of commercial outcome Essentials to SucceedBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management, ideally in tech or e-commerce. (Fresh graduated are welcome)Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at senior levelsExcellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with a collaborative mindset.Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in identifying new opportunities and solving challengesAbility to manage multiple priorities with precision and focus.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to evolving business needsDriven to make an impact in one of Singapore's most rapidly expanding startups.
