Qualifications and Experience -At least Diploma/ Degree in Business Administrator/ Facilities Management/ Quantity Surveying/ Building Technology/ Engineering or its equivalent. -Have at least 1 - 2 years of contract, general construction estimating experience, financial experience, engineering experience, or related field. -Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills. -Ability to organize, plan, and strategize. -Software excellent in Microsoft Office or Microsoft Project.
