-Pre-Q submission, tendering and Estimating


-SC procurement and administration


-Materials ordering and controlling


-Progress claim and cash flow monitoring


-Overall cost control, final accounts settlement and other QS functions


-To carry out Ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the manager

; Requirements:-


-Diploma / Degree in, Building Quantity / Quantity Surveying or equivalent


-Minimum of 1 years working experience in construction/ property development.


-Familiar with contract administration procedure


-Possess good communication and computer skills
