Contract Executive

Job descriptions: • Prefer with experience in Design & Build Company
• Prepare tender submission, quotation and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
• Responsible for measurement and taking-off quantities.
• Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
• Obtain quotations, liaise and negotiate with various suppliers & subcontractors.
• Prepare progress claims & closing final account.
• Familiar with construction material and supplier is an advantage.
Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (Mainly deal with mandarin speaking clients)
• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, MS.WORD, MS.EXCEL.
• Self-motivated, have good communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
