Job Description Prepare and submit any tender as and when required Taking off, preparing tender document and calling tender if required Oversee preparation of bills of quantities and other related tender documentation Conducting accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor tender and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality Liaison with other department such as the project and purchasing on work related matters Plan and manage project budget ensuring margins are protected and optimized Organize and planning for the tender award process.
E.g.
Issuance approved tenderer list, issuance of approved Tender Award schedule, etc.
Prepare and issue Letter of Award for Sub-Contract works Work with Procurement Executive for sourcing of materials, conduct cost comparison and price analysis, ordering and purchasing of materials  Conduct site valuation and work with the Architect/SO for issuance of interim certificates to Contractors Process all payment certificates to Sub Contractors To prepare overall project budget and monitor construction cost and variation order are managed within budget Prepare final accounts within the required time frame Attend project site meetings, internal meetings and any other meetings as and when required Other duties to be performed as and when required
