Minimum Qualification
Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent. Experience and Skill Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of total working experiences within an engineering, project management or consultancy. Prospective Contract Executive must be adept in mathematics. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Able to manage the high stress of tight deadlines Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize, plan and strategize. Computer literacy. Responsibility
Prepare tender and contract documents. Feasibility studies of client requests. Advice on materials procurement. Tender for the Project or plan costing for new project. Cost analysis and cost control and to keep the project within the budget. Variation order claim, EOT claim. Site visits, assessments, and measurement. Certify sub-contractor claim. Prepare progress claim. Price negotiation with sub-contractor or supplier. Prepare Letter of Award to sub-contractor. Attend all contractual matters for the main contract and sub-contract throughout the process phase. Prepare quotation to client. Prepare final account (Sub-contractor or Consultant). Coordinate works with the project site. Monitor and manage the project contracts. Ensure all activities are complied with company's QMS standard and procedure . Undertake any other related duties assigned by superior.
