\n ResponsibilitiesManage AP related mattersProcess bulk payouts to usersPrepare vendor payments in the bank portal for authorisation and obtain approval per the bank authorisation approval matrixReview employee claims and process reimbursementMonitor bank balance and ensure sufficient funds to pay merchantsInvolve in month end closing and audit preparationManage the bank reconciliation processPrepare payables aging reportManage CX team requests related to usersSafekeeping of accounting documents such as bank statements and remittance advicesAssist on any ad hoc task assigned RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accountancy and/or Finance.Fresh graduates are welcome to applyExperience in the tech or financial services industry will be a plus point.Experience in Oracle Netsuite is welcomedAble to work under pressure and meet deadlines.A committed team player with good interpersonal skillsMeticulous and detail orientedSelf-driven and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environmentHigh integrity and able to work independently
