- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in contract management, contract administration, contract risk management or a relevant field.
- Familiar with relevant laws, regulations, and policies of the country's foreign trade and economic cooperation - Exposure in the Building Construction/Power Transmission/Power Transformation/Energy/Solar Energy/Electrotechnology/Electrical Engineering industry is strongly preferred.
- Familiar with market development workflows such as power construction processes, international project information management, bidding management, contract management, etc.

- Have a good sense of confidentiality.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
