Contract Manager

Job Scope Strategies and enhance contract agreement by identifying the contract weaknesses and propose amendments to contracts.Analyse and strategies tender & negotiations : To analyze trade of awards and VO to ensure competitiveness and best prices approach. Also ensure timely awards.Prepare, review and ensure accuracy of the feasibility study & financial analysis.Prepare, review and ensure accuracy of the preliminary cost advice and estimation.Propose and establish cost control mechanism (such as design KPI) to ensure and facilitate quality output.Provide assistance and guidance to the team in contract management.Strategies Main and NSC contract management as to structure of trades & cost and L.O.W, packaging of contract, etc.Propose and review alternative approach : Alternative design, VE, substituting of materials, packaging of contract works, etc to maximize the return to the organization.Post Contract Management & Final Account : Review of Clams, Payment, Vos & etc.Supply chain enhancement by developing strong vendors base including establishing of the assessment criteria (pre & post contract)Review, upkeep and enhance operating SOP from time to time tom ensure its effectiveness and practicability.Establish cost data to enhance internal cost estimation and project viability.Prepare and review consultants appointment.
