Contract Manager (Power Transmission / Cable)

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.


-At least 5 to 7 years working experiences in contract management, specifically from construction and property development industry.


-In-depth knowledge of cost estimating, construction contracts, and current market trends in construction costing.


-Strong market awareness of construction costing is necessary attributes


-High level of initiative, hands-on and able to work independently


-Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and relevant project management software.
