About the roleAman Setia Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Contract & Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in managing all aspects of contracts and procurement for our construction projects, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing effective contract management strategies to support project delivery
Negotiating, drafting, and administering complex commercial contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
Overseeing the procurement process, including sourcing, tendering, and vendor selection
Monitoring contract performance and identifying and mitigating potential risks
Collaborating with project teams to ensure contractual obligations are met
Maintaining detailed records and providing regular reports on contract and procurement activities
Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar contract and procurement management role within the construction industry
Proven track record in negotiating and administering complex commercial contracts
Excellent understanding of construction industry regulations, standards, and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
Proficient in contract management software and procurement tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Degree in a relevant field such as law, business, or construction management
