- Prepare/review cost analysis or estimate
- Prepare/review pre-qualification/renewal assessment for contractor
- Prepare/review tender document and contract document
- Prepare/review tender report or tender analysis
- Conduct/lead tender interview
- Conduct/lead tender negotiation 
- Prepare/review contract award
- Prepare/review Payment recommendation
- Application of cost control
- Application of value engineering 
- Variation order assessment and monitoring
- Prepare/review final account
- Compile monthly finance forecast
- Compile sustainability data
