Control Tower Executive

Job Responsibilities:  - On time and optimal consolidation of materials to be shipped together to minimize freight cost and maximize service level -Process the necessary documents required to export Customers' shipment -Prepare outbound documents as per Ministry of Transport required by Consignees.
-Valid Certificate Of Origin & Harmonized Code in system vs supplier invoices -Forward export cargo details to appointed Freight Forwarding Agent -Expedite Emergency orders (EMO's) within the given timeline -Coordinate with warehouse administrator to ensure packing list is send to operation to facilitate the smooth outbound operation Job Requirements: - Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Some logistics and freight knowledge - SAP / WMS knowledge will be an added advantage
