Conventional Machinist (Milling)

Responsibilities: Experience in cutting tools and set-up of devices with the correct speed, etc.Follow up closely on the material and ensure all machined parts are ready for the next stage to meet the deadline.Able to carry out various machining operations such as face mill, end mill, threading, boring, slot mill, profile mill etc. to precisely shape the workpiece according to the required specification. Familiar with various types of cavity tools.Familiar with types of measuring equipment like vernier caliper, micrometer gauge, dial gauge etc. to ensure the workpiece dimension meets the specified tolerance.Skills & Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in operating high-tolerance machining. Fresh graduates are welcome too.Ability to perform physically demanding work such as moving and lifting materials.Salary offered will be commensurate with experience.
