Job Description:
Conveyancing Clerk:Handle conveyancing matters including legal documentation involving sub-sale & financing documentation.
Handle developer's projects, with or without title.
Handle loan documentation and up to loan disbursement.
Chambering Pupil / Intern:Assist lawyers in preparing letters/documents for submission to the authorities.
File relevant forms / conduct bankruptcy and land searches.
Training will be provided under the supervision of seniors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Conveyancing Clerk:With or without experience; training will be provided under the guidance of seniors and lawyers.
Willing to learn and possess a good working attitude.
Chambering Pupil/ Intern:For Chambering Pupil - graduated with a Law Degree; Intern - undergraduates are welcome to apply.
Must be able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an added advantage).
