Conveyancing Clerk (Developer Company)

**Jobs Description**- To assist in handling sales and purchase transactions mainly for developer projects, as well as other conveyancing related matters.- To ensure SPA and loan documentations are executed timely and accurately.- To facilitate the process of legal advise/ disbursement.- To monitor closely all files progress to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.- To maintain and update file status on operating system from time to time.- To liaise with related parties such as purchaser, bank officers and our panel lawyers.- To provide legal support in handling general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties.- To assist in the company administrative function.- To assist in the execution of the marketing event.- To keep track of progress collection and loan documentations.**Job Requirements**- Minimum SPM ,Diploma or relevant legal experience.- Able to take instructions well and work independently with mínimal supervision.- **familiar with conveyancing procedures and loan disbursement procedures.**:- Good working attitude, diligent and able to complete work within deadlines.- Good interpersonal skill in liaising with other parties.- Computer literate, Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel.- **Clerk with conveyancing experience welcome to apply.**:- **Working location: Southkey, JB (5 days Job)****Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Your Notice Period- Your Expected Salary- Do you familiar with conveyancing procedures and loan disbursement procedures?
