Conveyancing Clerk

To assist lawyers in handling all conveyancing works in respect of Agreements and Loan Documents- Ability to work with minimum supervision and strict adherence to deadlines- Good communication skills- To liaise with clients, bankers, relevant government authorities and other relevant parties- Monitor progress and update clients' files**Requirements**:- Able to prioritize work accordingly and have good communication.- Must have a good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, both orally and in written- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office and Excel- Salary will commensurate with working experience and performance.**Job Types**: Full-time**Schedule**:- Fixed shift- Monday to Friday**Supplemental pay types**:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Language**:- English and Mandarin (required)**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
