Job Description:
Conveyancing ClerkHandle all related matters to conveyancing files.
Draft correspondence letters.
Make phone calls to relevant parties (e.g., LHDN, Land Office/Land Officer & company secretaries).
Handle documents related to conveyancing.
Keep track and ensure that follow-up systems are in place.
Familiar with loan documentation.
Liaise with lawyers in managing conveyancing files.
Account ClerkManage all aspects of legal firm accounts, including petty cash & cheques.
Liaise with auditor and tax agent.
Type accurately, prepare, and maintain accounting documents and records.
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
Daily enter key data of financial transactions into the database.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Conveyancing Clerk3 years of experience.
Preferably have experience in conveyancing procedures (land office, majlis & LHDN).
Able to multitask and work as part of a team.
Able to work independently.
Good command of English and Malay.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Well organized, hardworking, and responsible.
Good working attitude and discipline.
Account ClerkMinimum 1 year experience handling law firm accounts.
Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Aptitude for numbers and data entry skills.
Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks.
Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
