Job Description:
CONVEYANCING CLERKS - JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Able to handle Developer & individual Sale and Purchase documentations for both individual and strata title properties;
2. Able to handle Consumer loan facility documentations for conventional loan and Islamic loan facilities for various banks (Alliance Bank, Ambank, BSN, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, LPPSA, Maybank, Public Bank, RHB Bank and UOB);
3. Able to handle Perfection of Transfer and Charges and Discharge of Charge;
4. Provide assistance and support to the lawyers;
5. To liaise and follow-up with clients, relevant authorities and banks;
6. Able to do online filing with LHDN, Land Offices and High Court.
SECRETARY TO MANAGING PARTNER - JOB DESCRIPTION
1. To provide secretarial/office administrative support;
2. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences (e-mails, letters and packages);
3. Drafting of correspondences and e-mails;
4. Manage filing system of the Managing Partner's personal documents;
5. Preparation of cheques, recording, tracking of utilities, insurance, bills and bank matters;
6. You are required to follow-up on tasks given;
7. Make travel arrangements-booking and reservations (hotel, airline and restaurants);
8. Handle incoming and outgoing calls;
9. Arrange for Firm's events;
10. Assist in the Firm's general administrative duties, obtaining quotations and arrange for office supplies;
11. Assists with ad-hoc tasks as and when necessary.
DESPATCH - JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Handle all delivery and collection of mails/documents/cheques to banks, clients' and developers' offices;
2. Submission and collection of documents to/from the land office, SSM, LHDN and other relevant government departments;
3. To do searches – land search, IC search etc.;
4. To carry out official banking duties such as banking-in of cheques and submission of remittance forms;
5. To make utilities payments or any other office bill payments;
6. To assist in the day-to-day office maintenance and upkeep;
7. To assist in any other duties assigned from time to time;
8. Willing to work after office hours as and when required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
CONVEYANCING CLERK – REQUIREMENTS
Experience in conveyancing practice knowledge at least 3-5 years' experience;
Able to work independently;
Team worker.
SECRETARY TO MANAGING PARTNER - REQUIREMENTS
1. At least 3 years of experience;
2. Secretarial Certificate or Diploma in related discipline, SPM/STPM will be an advantage;
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
4. Able to multi-task;
5. Good communication skills both oral and written;
6. Self-motivating, able to work independently and willing to accept new challenges;
7. Able to work in a dynamic environment;
8. Discreet, trustworthy and responsible;
9. Pleasant personality.
DESPATCH - REQUIREMENTS
1. Possess a minimum SPM qualification;
2. Possess at least 2 years' working experience in a similar role;
3. Holds a valid driving license (B2 & D);
4. Punctual and maintain good attendance;
5. Able to dispatch and ensure urgent documents are sent on time as and when instructed;
6. Familiar with KL and Selangor areas;
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time job with EPF and SOCSO contributions.
