- Assisting the conveyancing solicitor in handling conveyancing work in the areas of sub-sale, loan documentations, developers work, etc.
Attending to client correspondences, preparing status reports, and other types of work assigned by the conveyancing solicitor.Conveyancing Lawyer:
- Assisting Partners in all conveyancing matters, including drafting agreements, providing legal opinions, and legal advice on property-related matters.
Handling and attending to signings related to conveyancing matters.Pupils in Chamber:
- Expected to work hard and demonstrate an ability to be a team player.
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks within the requisite time frame.
Exposure to civil & criminal litigation, conveyancing areas, and commercial matters.Qualifications and Requirements:Conveyancing Lawyer/Clerk:
- Must have at least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Able to work independently and self-motivated.
- Hardworking, responsible & committed to work.Pupils in Chamber:
- Willing to learn with a good attitude.
- Reliable.
