Conveyancing Lawyer
Job Scope:
• Able to handle sub-sales, developer project, loan (including company loan), discharge, perfection of charge, perfection to transfer and other conveyancing matters.
• Able to handle and manage all loan documentation for financing and re-financing.
• Able to draft agreement with minimum supervision and errors.
• Able to liaise with clients, bankers, developers and various governmental bodies.
• Able to advise clients in connection with conveyancing matters.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, timelines, laws and regulations.
• Monitor and follow up closely with all the files, attending to client correspondences and preparing status report.
• Always ensure that there is high-level of confidentially in the affairs of the department.
• Other tasks as assigned by the firm from time to time.

Job Description:
• Experience in conveyancing and banking matters such as loans, sub-sales, investment transaction, acquisition and etc.
• Experience in preparing joint venture agreement between land owner and developer, sale of shares agreement and shareholder agreements.
• Experience in conducting and leading legal due diligence exercise.
• Experience in corporate and commercial drafting agreements and relevant advisory.

Job Scope:
• Assist Master-in-Chamber and/or Legal Associate in handling banking, conveyancing and loan documentation matters.
• Prepare and attend to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation including but not limited to drafting and conducting research, from initial stage up until completion.
• Any other types of work assigned by Master-in-Chamber and/or Legal Associate from time to time.
• Pupil-in-Chamber will have the opportunity to experience litigation matters if interested.

• Candidate must possess Bachelor of Laws, LL.B.(Hons.) and current Practicing Certificate.
• Junior with minimum 1 year of experience in Conveyancing (project & sub-sale).
Senior minimum with 5 years working experience.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Hardworking, responsible and committed to work.
• Willing to learn, able to handle stress well and to complete tasks within the timeline.
• Attention to details and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Have good communication skills, interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.Corporate & Conveyancing Legal Associate
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Bachelor's Degree/ Master's In Law or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in general conveyancing & corporate.
• Independent, good communication skills and responsible.
• Competent in drafting agreement and legal research.
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Having the ability to read and write in Mandarin will be an advantage.Pupil

• Qualified under Legal Profession Act to commerce their Pupillage.
• Possess the right attitude and is well disciplined, willing to learn and self-motivated.
