Conveyancing Lawyer

To handle all conveyancing matters such as preparing SPA for project / sub-sales, loan, and other conveyancing files until completion / commercial agreement.- Preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.- Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing the status report, and other types of work assigned by the firm/company from time to time.- Advise clients on all aspects of buying or selling process, including legal issues, finances, and contracts.- Any other tasks related to conveyancing that are not stipulated above.Job Requirements:- Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.- At least 2 years of experience in sub-sales, sub-loan, projects and loans, and commercial agreements.- Able to work independently.- Trainings and guidance provided.????:????: RM4,000.00?RM5,500.00(?? )Ability to commute/relocate:- Skudai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
