Conveyancing Lawyer:
1) To handle sub-sales, loan, discharge, perfection and all other conveyancing related matters.
2) To prepare and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.
3) Candidates are responsible to liaise with clients, bankers, agents, developers and various government bodies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Conveyancing Lawyer:
1) 2-4 years working experience in conveyancing
2) Strong analytical and drafting skills and who are detail oriented
3) Able to work efficiently & independently with minimum supervision
4) Fast Learner
