Job Responsibilities:To prepare Sale and Purchase Agreements, Financing Documents and other Agreements.
To prepare Receipts and Reassignments, Discharge of Charges and perfection of documents.
To liaise with bankers, clients and relevant authorities.
Other related tasks assigned by partners.
Qualifications and Requirements:Possess a Law Degree (LLB) from a recognized University with valid Practising Certificate / Sijil Annual.
Dedicated, committed and able to complete work within timeline given with minimum supervision.
Relevant experience will be an advantage but not a requirement.
Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good language and communication skills.
