Conveyancing Lawyer Miri

- To handle and attending all conveyancing matters mostly to property, banking and finance, probate & administration, real estate and other related areas;- Advise clients on all aspects of buying or selling process, including legal issues, finances, and contracts;- Do necessary legal research and due diligence;- Liaise with clients, bankers and relevant authorities in government departments; and- Any other tasks related to conveyancing that are not stipulated above- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.- MUST possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in law or possess in the related field.- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage.- Able to work independently with minimum Supervision- Good in team work, communication and working attitude.~ Attractive remuneration packages are on offer.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- Fixed shift**Experience**:- At least 1 to 2 (required)**Language**:- Chinese (required)
