Tasks & responsibilities To handle the Sale and Purchase Agreement, loan documentation and other conveyancing matters for project and subsale. Able to handle general conveyancing matters, preparing and checking sale and purchase agreement,loan documentation,attendings to clients & etc.To assist in preparing and handling all conveyancing documentation, online submission and other conveyancing matters.Corresponding, attending and communicating with clients, bankers and various government bodies.Preparing status report and maintain and update file status.To assist other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Firm from time to time. Required with MIN 2 years experience in conveyancing will be preferable, without experience are also welcome to apply.
 Qualifications & experience With MIN 2 years experience in conveyancing will be preferable, without experience are also welcome to apply.Must be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Able to read and converse in Mandarin will be an advantage.Able to work and handle files efficiently and independently with minimal supervision, and able to work as a team.Candidate must possess a good attitude, willing to learn, hardworking, responsible, and able to multi-task.Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Conveyancing related job.Benefits Conducive environment to work and opportunity to prove yourselfAttractive salary package (based on experiences) + Allowances (if any)Annual Increment (if any) + Performance Bonus (if any) + Medical Benefits (if any)
