Job Summary: Preparation of food for all the inpatients and special in-house catering functions.
Main Duties/Responsibilities 
To check menus and production sheets to determine type and quantities of meats, vegetables, soups, salads and desserts to be prepared. To plan cooking schedule so that food will be ready at specific times (timeliness). To prepare food in accordance to standard recipes. To serve hot food items during meal assembly process. To clean all equipment, food preparation areas as needed and/or assigned. To operate and maintain good condition of all food preparation equipment and utensils. Ensure all policies and procedures of Integrated Management System (IMS), ISO 22000 and / or Hospital Accreditation are adhered to and records maintained, if and when programs are implemented.Requirements: 
SPM / Certificate or equivalent. Minimum 1-2 years working experience at hospital, hotel, and/or restaurant. Good culinary skill. Must be able to work in team, has good time management, self-motivated, confident, self-disciplined & punctual. Good communication ability.
