Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, schedule, monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite the work order to ensure shipments to customers are met.
Interface with Production Planning Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer and other required personnel to achieve the output goal and shipment requirement.
Communicate and coordinate regularly with the Production team to ensure a smooth loading plan.
Prepare reports in a timely manner.
Work shifts and be stationed in the Production Office.
Perform any other tasks related to planning as assigned by a superior from time to time.
QualificationsREQUIRED:
Diploma holder preferable in Supply Chain / Logistics / Planning.
SKILLS:
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
Willing to learn and work well with good interaction with others.
ERP knowledge; SAP & Oracle experience is preferable.
