Job Responsibilities
Documentation of tenant contact form, MOA, List Renovation Charges and any related document.
Filling all the document, floor plans and any document related to KCC Mall's tenant.
Send letter, document and notice by hand, by post or emails to the KTCC Mall tenants.
Update report of the Retail tenant to Resume Full Operations and email them every day to whom may it concern.
Update Tenant Contact Form and make sure they fulfill the contact form and send to the marketing and leasing department.
Prepare the tenants outstanding letter for all tenants as a reminder every month.
Update and list the Tenant Renovation charges form by filing them to ensure which tenant paid or unpaid the charges.
