Responsibilities:Assist Executive, System & Process in assessing and analyzing daily issues relating to system application.
Assist Executive, System & Process in administering usage to reduce noncompliance and resolve any issues regarding the system application by the end users.
Ensure the readiness of the system application for end users' usage.
Gather users' comments for enhancement and improvement for management consideration.
Test new features or applications for applicability prior to live usage by the end users.
Liaise with vendor regarding system and application-related matters by lodging tickets to vendor reporting system.
Prepare documentation prior to training on system application familiarity for new users and usage enhancement.
Assist with daily operational issues reported by users in SNOW system and ensure the tickets are closed within the required time frame.
Perform analysis and reviews as required by the Executive, System & Process.
