About the roleThe Training Coordinator supports the respective region in the execution of learning strategy and tactics to ensure training is delivered in accordance with external and internal requirements.
Manages a team that provides support to the operational learning delivery team to enable efficient and effective learning across the region.
This role will report to Orica's Subang office.
What you will be doingExecutes in line with the HR Group Standard(s) and systems:
Oversees the end-to-end approach of operational learning delivery across the region to ensure that training is delivered in line with internal and external requirements.
Leads the regional operational learning delivery team to deliver fit-for-purpose learning programmes and in-field training.
Oversees and influences the implementation of standards for learning across sites.
Coordinates annual planning for learning across sites including cost, vendors, and locations.
Leverages reporting and analytics to drive learning excellence including compliance, cost, and productivity.
Manages the update of learning packages for local/discrete changes and improvements.
Provides governance of systems, processes, and practices for all in-field training activities.
Reviews and approves learning-related AA requests.
Conducts quality assurance audits on processes across the region.
Provides training advice and guidance across the region.
Manages vendor relationships for training delivery services.
