Copier Sales Executive

Responsibilities As a Copiersales professional, you'll need to: speak to customers, either face to face or overthe phone.carry out cold-calling in order to createinterest in products and services, generate new business leads andarrange meetings.Prepare proposal and quotation forcustomermeet sales targets and profit margin setby managers and contribute to teamtargets.identify and develop newbusiness through networking and follow-up courtesycalls.network with existing customers in orderto maintain links and promote additional products andupgrades.monitoring the market latest environmentand realign with the sales and fine tune the marketing strategies.develop effective sales plansusing sales methodology.market and promote a portfolio ofproducts by writing and designing sales literature and attendingindustry events.manage workloadin order to organise and prioritise daily and weeklygoalsPrepare and report sales activity andperformance to Manager.ensuring each task assigned is wellmanaged and completed in given time.respond to tender documents, proposals,reports and supportingliterature.gain an understandingof customers' specific business needs and apply product knowledgeto meet them.maintain awareness and keepabreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems andperipherals.provide technical advice tocustomers on all aspects of the installation and use of computersystems and networks, both before and after thesale.advise on software features and how theycan be applied to assist in a variety of contexts such asaccounting, manufacturing or other specialistareas.handle hardware or software problems andfaults, referring on to specialist technical colleagues whereappropriate.contribute to team or progressmeetings to update and informcolleagues.meet suppliers and product vendor tofoster workingrelationship.deliver ad hoc task with sales relatedwhich assigned bymanagement.earn certification and take additionalcourses to demonstrate your willingness to learn at work, and toenhance the skills andabilities. Basic Salary Starting salaries for copier sales executiveare around RM2,200 to RM2,800.With experienceyour salary can rise to between RM3,000 toRM4,800.At senior sales level, you can earn upto RM5,000, or more.
