Description:Develop diverse and engaging written content tailored to the platform and audience, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice while maintaining clarity, creativity, and audience engagement.
Roles:
Stay informed about industry news, trends, and social media tools.
Create and share engaging micro and macro content across all social media platforms.
Maintain an up-to-date social media content calendar.
Collaborate with designers and analysts to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals.
Craft captions, blogs, and other written content for social media and marketing campaigns.
Proofread and edit content to ensure consistency and quality.
Cultivate strong relationships between the brand and the audience.
Skills:
Ability to craft engaging, creative, and humorous content.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Strong understanding of the brand's voice and tone.
Familiarity with SEO and keyword optimization.
Creative mindset for developing compelling narratives.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms and at least one content management system (e.g., HubSpot, Squarespace, or Wix).
Excellent time management and research skills.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Qualifications:
Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
Preferably 2-3 years and above worth of work experience.
