What you'll do: Create high-quality and engaging short-form and long-form content across marketing channels, including the website, blog, email marketing, paid media, and SEO.
Develop contents that resonate with the company's target audience and carry value propositions across products, services, and markets.
Create innovative and compelling content for digital platforms, including online ads, email, social media, websites, video, and in-app content.
Understand content writing for various ad channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Twitter, and more.
Work with the Growth team, including Acquisition, CRM, and Data Analytics teams, to create effective copywriting solutions.
Create personalized, segmented messaging for different customer groups to boost engagement and conversions.
Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery, aligning with brand guidelines.
Support the Creative and Brand Team with copywriting and ideation as required.
Assist copywriting for the Product Team across web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with the SEO Manager on editing long-form SEO guides to continue driving organic results for core keywords.
Be knowledgeable about SEO best practices and writing for the overall user experience while staying abreast of Google's algorithm intricacies.
Champion Osome's tone of voice across all forms of messaging.
Have a deep understanding of content marketing to develop and implement content marketing strategies that contribute to marketing goals and results.
Measure and analyze the performance of content and drive iterative improvements.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.
Who you are: 3+ years of fintech/SaaS content writing experience.
Exceptional ability to craft impactful writing.
Proven experience as a copywriter with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the tech industry, product descriptions, CRM content, and advertising campaigns.
Proven ability to develop compelling, customer-centric copy that tells a story, builds emotional connections, and drives desired actions.
Understanding of data-driven decision-making and the ability to analyze campaign performance to optimize copy and messaging.
Familiarity with CRM tools, A/B testing, and performance metrics is beneficial.
Expert understanding of SEO best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in English is a must; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Candidates must be based in Asia and operate within an Asian working timezone.
